Thank you for shopping with Mechvana. Below are the details of our shipping process.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because Poop Catcher™ products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer during high-demand periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only within the United States unless otherwise stated.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mechvana LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mechvana LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product.

We will review and determine appropriate resolution.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
