Thank you for choosing Mechvana Labs. Because Poop Catcher™ is a pet hygiene product, we maintain specific return guidelines to ensure product safety and integrity.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unused

The product is in its original packaging

The product shows no signs of wear, pet hair, odor, stains, or damage
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or worn Poop Catcher™ products

Products containing pet hair, stains, or odor

Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

In some cases, photographic proof may be sufficient and the item may not need to be returned.
4. Incorrect Size Orders
If you ordered the wrong size:
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please place a new order after your return request is approved.
